- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 - 20 minutes before the activity starts
- The meeting point is at Via Tunisi 4, 00192. Located at the bottom of the wide steps, across from the entrance to the Vatican Museums. The steps are located between Caffè Vaticano and Hotel Alimandi Vaticano, on the corner of Viale Vaticano and Via Tunisi
- Please exchange your smartphone voucher with staff who will be holding a “Loving Rome” flag
- Late arrivals will not be accommodated and not be refunded
- To access St. Peter's Basilica, please consider that from June to the end of August there could be long lines and the waiting time could be up to 30 minutes

The steps are between Caffè Vaticano and Hotel Alimandi Vaticano, on the corner of Viale Vaticano and Via Tunisi. Look for staff holding a 'Loving Rome' flag. Arrive 15-20 minutes before the tour starts.
Bring a valid ID or passport for entry, comfortable shoes, and weather-appropriate clothing. Note that clothing covering shoulders and knees is required to meet the Vatican’s dress code.
Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties. It is also not recommended for individuals with claustrophobia.
No, strollers, luggage, or large bags are not allowed. Bags larger than 40x35x15 cm must be left in the cloakroom. For safety, umbrellas, tripods, and dangerous objects are also prohibited.
